Can I add items to my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can modify your order even after it has been placed. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the confirmation email you received and click the “Modify Order” link at the top. Alternatively:
  2. On desktop, go to My Orders in the main navigation bar.
  3. On the app, select the My Orders tile on the main page.
How late can I update my order?

You can modify your order until midnight on the evening before your selected delivery or collection date. Be sure to complete the checkout process to save any changes.

Can I collect my order from a different store?

Once your order is placed, you cannot change the store for collection. Please ensure you select your preferred store before completing your order.

Can I pay using a One4ALL gift card?

Unfortunately, One4All gift cards are not accepted for online payments.

Can I order a Christmas gift card online?

Christmas gift cards cannot be ordered online from your local store. However, you can order them directly online here.
