Traders in salt and brandies in La Rochelle, on the Charente coastline, since the 17th century, when the waters of the River Charente were said to be "covered in swans", the Seignette family placed the graceful bird at the heart of their coat of arms. Tasting notes Colour: Pale gold with coppery highlights. Nose: Dried apricot and vanilla with hints of honeysuckle. Palate: Rounded and fleshy. Oaky vanilla notes, without bitterness.
