How to change store or delivery address

To check what stores deliver to your area, choose Pick a Slot on the homepage and then Add a new address on the Change Address screen. This will allow you view all stores that deliver to your address.

 

New stores online

A number of stores have been added to our online service, including Bunclody, Wellingtonbridge, Navan, Donabate, Merchants Quay, Finglas, Portlaoise, Balally, Ballyhaunis, Northside (Click & Collect only), Thomastown, Sutton, Abbyfeale, Clonmel, Rathdowney, Grange Sligo, Askeaton, New Ross, Birr and Leixlip.

 

First time shoppers

Save time, effort and manage your budget by shopping with SuperValu Online. Register for an account and see all the offers available from your local SuperValu today. Then choose a delivery or collection slot that suits you.

Make sure to link your Real Rewards card to your account, you will collect points while shopping online as well as instore.

Contactless Deliveries & Collections

SuperValu are operating contactless deliveries and collections. For your safety, we've introduced social distancing measures, sanitising guidelines, and also plastic liners / bin liners for crates as a temporary measure.

Deliveries: Our drivers will deliver your shopping to outside your home but won't enter the premises. If you are elderly, less-abled or injured, please add a note to your online order that you will require assistance and we will bring your shopping indoors for you while observing social distancing guidelines.

Collections: On arrival in the car park, alert a member of staff or ring the store number and a member of the Online Shopping team will bring your shopping to your open boot as you wait in your car. We'll arrange the shop in tied off liners, with all crates and equipment sanitised throughout the preparation.

 

How to amend an order

Orders can be amended up to 6pm the evening before your selected delivery or collection time. On the Order screen, click Change Checkout Details. For more detailed instructions, see Can I change, amend or cancel an order I've already placed online?

SuperValu has an extensive range of products online and it can take time to find everything that you need. Use our Search tool to find products by name, and then filter by brand, Special Offers or Usuals.
