Local prepared in store range

Did you know you can now buy your local SuperValu’s prepared in store range online, click here to see if your stores range is available online.


Booking a slot

We are currently experiencing increased demand. If you cannot find a preferred Delivery slot, switch to our Click & Collect service, or try changing to another nearby SuperValu store.

Placing your first online shopping order


Step 1

Create an Account

Click register now below to create your SuperValu Online shopping account.

Register Now


Step 2

Add your Real Reward card

Use your Real Rewards card every time you shop in any SuperValu and you will collect 1 point for every €1 spent. The points you collect will add up to give you money off your shopping. You can add your card as part of the registration process.


Step 3

Book a collection slot

Select a store, date, and time for your online shopping delivery. You can do this on the homepage by clicking Pick a slot on the top left of your screen. Selecting a date/time will hold the slot for 2 hours until you place your order.


Step 4

Start Shopping

Browse the aisles, use the search for specific products or check our Special Offers and Top Picks for the best deals. Check out our video help page to find out how to shop the site.



If we don’t have everything you ordered in stock on the day of your delivery/collection, we’ll look to substitute in similar items to avoid any inconvenience. Check for these as you receive your shop, and you can request a refund there and then if needed.


Can't find what you’re looking for?

If there is a particular product you can't find on the site you can leave a note for your personal shopper and they will look for the product while picking your order. Log into your account and navigate to the bottom of any category page where you will see our Can’t find something? section. Click Add to basket to leave your personal shopper a note.
