Slot Availability

We are working hard to open slots while looking after our communities. Log into your account to see the latest slots available for your local store. We are currently experiencing high levels of demand so if you cannot find a preferred slot, please check back again soon.


How to amend an order

Orders can be amended up to 10 hours before your selected delivery or collection time. On the Order screen, click Change Checkout Details. For more detailed instructions, click here.


Contactless Deliveries & Collections

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, SuperValu will be operating contactless deliveries and collections. For your safety, we've introduced social distancing measures, sanitising guidelines, and also plastic liners / bin liners for crates as a temporary measure.

Deliveries: Our drivers will deliver your shopping to outside your home but won't enter the premises. If you are elderly, less-abled or injured, please add a note to your online order that you will require assistance and we will bring your shopping indoors for you while observing social distancing guidelines.

Collections: On arrival in the car park, alert a member of staff or ring the store number and a member of the Online Shopping team will bring your shopping to your open boot as you wait in your car. We’ll arrange the shop in tied off liners, with all crates and equipment sanitised throughout the preparation.



We are currently experiencing very high levels of demand. Our staff are going above and beyond to help replenish stores and minimise any disruption. If you would like to place an online order please log in to your local online store to check what slots are available.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled anytime before your selected delivery or collection time. On the Order screen, click Cancel Order. This will fully cancel your order.


My Usuals

Once a Real Rewards card is added, items you've previously purchased will be added to your MyUsuals section. From here, you can add your favourites to each shop.


Start Shopping

Did you know? Save time by adding your previous order to an active order with three clicks:

  • Under Previous Orders, select the appropriate order and tap View.
  • Under Order Contents, tap Add all to trolley.
  • Once you select a new delivery or collection slot, all items will be added to your trolley.
