Ingredients
Rosie & Jim Crispy Shredded Chicken
1 Tbsp Tahini
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce / Tamari
1 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar
A squeeze of hot sauce (e.g., Sriracha)
Rocket salad leaves
Tomato
Cucumber
Sweet Potato
You could also use Rosie & Jim Salt & Chilli Shredded Chicken
Directions
- Wash and dry all the vegetables thoroughly.
- Chop the rocket, tomato, and cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Place them into a large salad bowl.
- Prepare the Sweet Potato and Shredded Chicken as per the instructions on the package. Once ready, allow them to cool slightly before adding it to the salad bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the tahini, toasted sesame oil, soy sauce or tamari, red wine vinegar, and a squeeze of hot sauce (e.g., Sriracha). Adjust the amount of hot sauce based on your preference for spiciness.
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Pour the tahini dressing over the salad in the large bowl and toss everything together to ensure an even coating.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh and healthy salad!
