Preparation & Usage
Serving Suggestions: Cut some cucumber and spring onion into matchstick sized shreds. Thinly slice or shred the crispy duck portion. Spread a thin layer of Hoi Sin sauce on each pancake. Sprinkle a layer of vegetable and a layer of duck in each pancake and roll for serving.
Storage Guidelines
Fresh: Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours and by Use By Date. Suitable for home freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Frozen: Keep frozen at -18°C. Important: If food is thawed, do not refreeze.
