Fleurie Andre Goichot (75 cl), €17.99

Fleurie The most famous of all Beaujolais Villages. Made from the same Gamay grape as classic Beujolais but Fleurie is a heavier more powerful red. The same red berry fruits are evident, but now with some added complexity of darker fruits, pepper and Christmas spices make for a lovely, easy drinking but powerful red wine. Great with hard and soft cheeses and classic roasts, be it red or white meat.

Cono Sur Cabernet Sauvignon (75 cl), €8.00

Winemaker's Notes: A deep plum red Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of red fruit, cassis, black plums, and soft spices, together with a fruity structured palate. Food Pairing: This is the perfect wine to serve with strong cheeses, hearty stews and grilled cuts of beef.

Winemaker's Notes: A dark plum red Merlot with blackberry, chocolate and lightly toasted oak aromas together with a ripe, fruity palate.

Cotes Du Rhone Andre Goichot (75 cl), €11.99

Location and terroir Over 200 km, between Vienne and Avignon, the Rhone Valley has the largest regional appellation after Bordeaux, it is also one of the oldest controlled designations of origin. It extends over 163 municipalities divided between six departments (Rhône, Loire, Drôme, Ardèche, Gard and Vaucluse). Our Côtes du Rhône is made with Young vines (less than 20 years old) located in the Vacqueyras appellation area from Stony soil composed of blue marls. Vinification/Aging The grapes are destemmed and vinified in stainless-steel vats for about 10 month revealing all the freshness and subtlety of his aromas. Grapes are: 55% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre and 35% Syrah. Tasting The robe is clear, ruby, and bright with darker colour reflect due to the Syrah. On the nose reminiscent of small red fruits, with animal or spicy notes or aromas of ripe fruit. It has well-structured but supple tannins. One of our favourite wines at the House of Goichot. Soft, easy drinking red in the classic style wich to us is red and blackberry fruit with a dusting of spice and chocolate notes. Perfect to drink on its own due to the soft warm style but a lovely match for anything from home made burgers to cold meat platters and classic roasts.

19 Crimes Red Blend (75 cl), €12.00

Each Declared By His Majesty to be Punishable on Conviction by Transportation. A liquid ode to our past, 19 Crimes is inspired by those who, beginning in 1788, were transported to Australia for a life of hard labour. Many did not survive the journey. For the sea-beaten people who made it ashore, a new world awaited. As pioneers in a harsh frontier colony, they forged fresh pathways and built new lives from their chequered pasts, brick by brick. This wine honours the history they wrote and the culture they built.

Santa Rita 120 Malbec (75 cl), €8.00

Our 120 Malbec is intense purplish-red in color, it has rich aromas such as cherries, plums, grenadine, and blueberries, along with violets, dried plums, and walnuts. A well-balanced wine that culminates in a smooth, lingering finish.

Art Wine #1 Delicate red blend sourced from grapes of an intense red colour, specially selected from our vineyards to enhance the ripe red fruit flavors in our wine. Ageing in medium toast American oak confers vanilla aromas which are seamlessly integrated with soft tannins.

Carmen Insigne Cabernet Sauvignon (75 cl), €8.00

Insigne is our line created to highlight Chile's most valuable assets: the beauty of its valleys and the richness of its fruits. The grapes that give origin to Insigne grow at nature's rhythm and fully mature, expressing vivacity harmony and purity, making each variety unique. Bright ruby colour with intense aromas of red and black fruits. Cherries, blackberries and plums are present with a slight touch of spices and a lingering fruit finish.

Las Moras Dada No.8 Chocolat (75 cl), €11.00

Original blend sourced from dark skinned grapes give an intense red colour to the wine. Ageing in medium toast French oak, together with the natural essence of dark cocoa, delivers exquisite notes of caramel and nuts. Soft tannins on the palate and a lingering finish.

Las Moras Dada No 3 Spice (75 cl), €11.00

A delicate blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Its contact with a medium toast French oak, gives it notes of spices. Everything you wanted to discover in a wine, but weren't able to put into words.

Sartori di Verona Valpolicella Ripasso (75 cl), €12.00

Produced following the "ripasso" vinification process, the wine is left on pomace, imparting its spicy aroma and full body.

The palate is powerful, offering a delicious mouthful of juicy ripe blackberries, prunes, plums and spices. The finish is impressively long, with spiced black fruits driven by Setúbal's classic freshness.

Nugan Estate Scruffy's Shiraz (75 cl), €8.58

Scruffy works hard to keep our Shiraz bunches tight and our berries small and yields very low at around 4 tons per acre, which annoys our accountant. Daren Owers, our winemaker, insists on bunch sorting at harvest to make sure we only use the very best clusters. Most of the fruit is destemmed and pressed while a small portion is whole berry fermented. All parcels are kept separate during the winemaking process in our state of the art winery. We use a lot of smaller tanks as a result which is difficult, but necessary for the production of a quality wine. Pump overs and extended maceration times give us color and richness. We work with the best coopers and use a combination of French and American oak to mature this wine - 25% of which is new. Bench blending takes forever - there are so many variables and we return the final cuvee to tank for several months to come together before bottling. It's a lot of work and we really hope you enjoy the result. PS - This wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

This Merlot has a deep red color with intense aromas of fresh fruits, such as raspberry and touches of vanilla. It's a medium-bodied wine, sweet tannins in mouth and pleasant end. Best served with white meat, pasta dishes and cheese. Ideal temperature: 14 - 18°C

From Vineyards located in Macau, in the Médoc, on some of the best soils of the region, this wine offers clean fruit on the palate and a very long aftertaste showing all the finesse of the Cabernet-Sauvignon and the Merlot grapes. A very elegant wine which goes perfectly well with red and rich white meats, and also great with cheese

Dona Paula Estate Malbec (75 cl), €12.00

This wine comes from our Alluvia vineyard in the Uco Valley. Located at 1.350 meters above sea level, the terroir consists of mineral and rocky soils. Our Malbec has an intense violet color, pure aromas of black fruits, violets and spices, and firm tannins balanced with fresh acidity. Try this wine with red meat such as beef tenderloin medallions. Our vineyards are managed using sustainable agricultural practices.

Finca Labarca Crianza (75 cl), €13.00

This wine has a deep black-cherry colour and an intense bouquet with scents of vanilla, fresh toast and coffee, entwined with notes of red berry fruit and dry plums. On the palate it is silky smooth, structured and complex with well-integrated oak, and a remarkable finish. Variety: 100% Tempranillo / Consumption: Consume between 16 and 18°C. This wine is a natural product and is made with minimal human intervention - it may therefore contain a slight deposit

Il Capolavoro Appassimento (75 cl), €10.00

Il Capolavoro is created with Italian love, carefully selected to be enjoyed with food and friends. Appassimento wines are created by doing a natural partial dehydration of the grapes, in order to produce a greater concentration of colours, aromas and flavours. This wine has an intense, deep ruby red color with a very fruity, rich, spicy and black pepper nose. The taste is also full of body, very intense and spicy, yet smooth and full of flavours.

La Petite Perriere Pinot Noir (75 cl), €12.76

We drew our inspiration from the generations who came before us and from them gained our deep understanding of the Central Loire Grape varieties. With love and rigour, we set out to conquer France's best Sauvignons and Pinot Noirs in order to make wines with perfect balance. Through the meticulous selection of grapes, combined with our winemakers experience, we are able to create one of Saget La Perrière's Banner Wines, La Petite Perrière.

Nugan Estate Stomper's Cabernet Sauvignon (75 cl), €8.58

Our cabernet vineyard requires more work than the shiraz and it's become a favorite for the birds as the bunches ripen. Stomper has his hands full indeed. We work hard to stress the soils and slow down the ripening of the cab because it helps achieve the flavors we like so much. Daren Owers, our winemaker, reckons our cabernet is the best in the region and praises Stomper for the work he does in the vineyard. Our fruit is destemmed and pressed before going through a lengthy cold soaking. After fermentation, we macerate on the skins for about 10 days to extract soft tannins and deep, rich flavors. There's never any short cuts on the barrel program and this wine sees only French oak, of which 25% is new. Since there are several different parcels on the vineyard and they're kept separate throughout the entire process, putting the final blend together takes several days and is a major team effort.
