To create your SuperValu Online shopping account click 'Register' in the main menu on mobile or find it at the top right of the screen on desktop.

Book a slot
Select a store, date, and time for your online shopping delivery or collection. You can do this on the top of the page by clicking the Welcome tab.

Substitutions
If we don’t have everything you ordered in stock on the day of your delivery/collection, we’ll look to substitute in similar items to avoid any inconvenience. Check for these as you receive your shop, and you can request a refund there and then if needed.
Can't find what you’re looking for?
If there is a particular product you can't find on the site you can leave a note for your personal shopper and they will look for the product while picking your order. Log into your account and navigate to the bottom of any category page where you will see our Can’t find something? section. Click Add to basket to leave your personal shopper a note.
