After fermentation, the wine matured in American and French oak for 18 months, resulting in a hand crafted wine of quality. Attractive aromas of cherry and plum with dark chocolate, earth and herbaceous notes, followed by a long and complex palate of black cherry with savoury nuances and smooth velvety tannins.
