Natureo is the fruit of much research, placing us at the forefront of high-quality de-alcoholised rosé in 2008. Made from Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine undergoes fermentation and maceration. Then the alcohol is carefully removed, thus preserving its full aroma and flavour. Pairs perfectly with traditional tapas, sausages and cured meats, as well as vegetable dishes and pasta.

Santa Rita 120 De-alcoholised Cabernet Sauvignon (75 cl), €5.50

On the nose, it reveals red fruit notes with prominent raspberry, cherry, and strawberry aromas. The palate is smooth and juicy, with a fresh and pleasant finish. It pairs exceptionally well with days spent on the terrace with friends, salads with lean protein, or stews in winter.

Then the alcohol is carefully removed, thus preserving its full aroma and flavour. A perfect match with pasta dishes and roasts.
