60ml Prosecco
40ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
60ml Elderflower Tonic Water
4 to 6 Mint Leaves
2 Slices Lemon

  • 60ml Prosecco
  • 40ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 60ml Elderflower Tonic Water
  • 4 to 6 Mint Leaves
  • Sprig of Mint, to Garnish
  • 2 Slices of Lemon, to Garnish

Method

  1. Squash the mint leaves in the bottom of the wine glass.
  2. Half fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add the elderflower liqueur and stir well.
  4. Add the prosecco and elderflower tonic.
  5. Garnish with a couple of slices of lemon and a sprig of mint.
