60ml Prosecco
40ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
60ml Elderflower Tonic Water
4 to 6 Mint Leaves
2 Slices Lemon

- 60ml Prosecco
- 40ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 60ml Elderflower Tonic Water
- 4 to 6 Mint Leaves
- Sprig of Mint, to Garnish
- 2 Slices of Lemon, to Garnish
Method
- Squash the mint leaves in the bottom of the wine glass.
- Half fill the glass with ice.
- Add the elderflower liqueur and stir well.
- Add the prosecco and elderflower tonic.
- Garnish with a couple of slices of lemon and a sprig of mint.
