Preparation & Usage

You Will Need: 250g/9oz Odlums Waffle Flour 1 egg 150ml cold milk 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil Waffle maker makes approx. 6 waffles. Method: 1. Preheat your waffle maker and lightly oil the plates. 2. Weigh out 250g/9oz of waffle flour into a large baking bowl. 3. In a measuring jug weigh 150ml of cold milk. Add 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the milk and lightly whisk together. 4. Make a well in the centre of the waffle flour and pour in the liquid ingredients. 5. Using a whisk mix all of the ingredients together until a stiff, fluffy batter has formed. The batter should not be dense or too fluid. It should be a dropping consistency. 6. Once the waffle maker is fully heated drop 2 tablespoons of batter onto each waffle plate (for waffle maker with plates 10x10.5cm) and close over. 7. Bake for the time instructed on your waffle maker, approx. 5-10 minutes, until golden in colour. 8. Remove from waffle maker and serve immediately with desired toppings. Serving Suggestion: While hot add a dollop of your favourite ice cream on top!

Storage Guidelines

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container. For best before, see back of pack.
