Preparation & Usage
Directions for Use: 450 grams mix 430 ml/14.5 fl oz milk Large mixing bowl, wooden spoon, 2lb/900 grams loaf tin To get started turn your oven on to 165°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3 and lightly grease your 2lb/900 gram loaf tin with butter. 1. Mix Empty the contents of the packet into your mixing bowl and add the milk. Using a wooden spoon gently mix together until you form a smooth wet dough. 2. Tin Spoon the dough into the greased baking tin. Lightly press the dough into the corners using your fingers. To help the bread rise use a wet knife to cut a line lengthways down the centre of the dough approx. 1"/3 cm deep. 3. Bake Place the tin into your preheated oven straight away and bake for 35 - 40 minutes. When the bread is fully baked an inserted skewer should come out clean. Turn out onto a wire rack and allow to cool before serving.
Storage Guidelines
Store in a cool and dry place, away from strong odours and direct sunlight. A storage temperature of 2 - 20°C is recommended. 270 days from production date when stored under the recommended storage conditions.
