Naturally leaner, sweeter and more succulent lamb, lightly dusted with a sea salt, black pepper & herb rub. Most of our hill lamb farmers have been Commonage farmers for generations. Under their guardianship, free roaming mountain lambs graze naturally on a diet of wild herbs, grasses and heathers, including garlic, bilberry, Samphire and rosemary. It's this that gives the deep pink and juicy meat of our Atlantic hill lamb its uniquely sweet & delicate flavour.
