65ml Bombay Sapphire gin 
65ml Cranberry juice
15ml Orange juice
15ml Freshly squeezed lemon
7.5ml sugar syrup
1-3 dashes of orange bitters 
Ginger beer 
250 g Caster Sugar
250 ml Water

  3. 15ml Orange Juice
  4. 15ml Freshly squeezed lemon
  5. 7.5ml Sugar Syrup
  6. 1-3 dashes of Orange Bitters
  7. Ginger Beer

For the Sugar Syrup

  1. 250 g Caster Sugar
  2. 250 ml Water

Sugar Syrup Method

  1. Dissolve 300g caster sugar in 150ml water over a low heat.
  2. Leave to cool and bottle for future use in cocktails. Store in the fridge.

Cocktail Method

  1. Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and pour.
  3. Top with ginger beer and garnish with dried cranberries.
