Preparation & Usage

Just add Eggs & Milk You Will Need: 250g/9oz Odlums American Style Pancake Flour 1 egg 275ml cold milk (approx.) Butter/oil for frying Makes approx. 7 pancakes. Method: 1. Empty 250g/9oz of pancake flour into large bowl. 2. Make a well in the centre and add the egg. Beat in 275ml of cold milk until mixture is smooth. Allow to stand for approx. 10 minutes. 3. Lightly grease/oil frying pan and heat until sizzling hot. 4. Whisk mixture again and pour on enough batter to form 14cm/6inch pancakes. 5. When batter is puffed and bubbling on top, turn and cook on other side until golden brown. 6. Add a little more butter or oil before frying the next pancake. Use all of the batter - best used when fresh. Serve & Enjoy! Serving Suggestion: Drizzle with Maple Syrup and sprinkle with a handful of blueberries.
