Description
Salmos is born in a beautiful, remote land. The vineyards, planted on slopes of shale ("licorella" stone), undergo extreme changes in temperature between day and night and these natural vicissitudes add to the wine's appeal. Its aromas of Mediterranean herbs and red fruits are accompanied by the toasted notes that emerge after ageing for 14 months in French oak barrels. Salmos pays homage to the monks of the Carthusian order who planted the first vines in the Priorat region. The wine preserves the mysterious legacy of wise times and wise men.Features
