The name Trivento comes from three winds; Polar, Zonda and Sudestada. It is these winds that make Mendoza such a distinctive and successful wine growing region. A bright crimson red whose plum and raspberry aromas mingle elegantly with vanilla notes from the 6 months spent in French and American Oak. Well balanced, with sweet tannins and a velvety finish, Trivento reserve malbec is ideal with meats and tomato dishes.

60% Merlot, 30% Cab. Sauvignon 10% Cab. franc Château Manon Des Brumes Estate is located in Blaye district. part of the famous ''Cotes of Bordeaux'' AOC appellation. Owned by the family Bantegnies for the last 2 centuries, this beautiful Estate is producing traditional Bordeaux red and white. They have during the last 20 years, consolidating the château's reputation for producing the appellation's foremost wines. Château Manon Des Brumes red goes perfectly with roast, beef and light cheeses Wine makers comments: Brilliant and attractive colour, ripe black fruit nose of blackcurrant hints. Soft and smooth, well integrated tannins on the palate with pleasant aromas of ripe grapes supported by good body.

Cotes Du Rhone Andre Goichot (75 cl), €11.99

Location and terroir Over 200 km, between Vienne and Avignon, the Rhone Valley has the largest regional appellation after Bordeaux, it is also one of the oldest controlled designations of origin. It extends over 163 municipalities divided between six departments (Rhône, Loire, Drôme, Ardèche, Gard and Vaucluse). Our Côtes du Rhône is made with Young vines (less than 20 years old) located in the Vacqueyras appellation area from Stony soil composed of blue marls. Vinification/Aging The grapes are destemmed and vinified in stainless-steel vats for about 10 month revealing all the freshness and subtlety of his aromas. Grapes are: 55% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre and 35% Syrah. Tasting The robe is clear, ruby, and bright with darker colour reflect due to the Syrah. On the nose reminiscent of small red fruits, with animal or spicy notes or aromas of ripe fruit. It has well-structured but supple tannins. One of our favourite wines at the House of Goichot. Soft, easy drinking red in the classic style wich to us is red and blackberry fruit with a dusting of spice and chocolate notes. Perfect to drink on its own due to the soft warm style but a lovely match for anything from home made burgers to cold meat platters and classic roasts.

Il Capolavoro Appassimento (75 cl), €14.99

Il Capolavoro is created with Italian love, carefully selected to be enjoyed with food and friends. Appassimento wines are created by doing a natural partial dehydration of the grapes, in order to produce a greater concentration of colours, aromas and flavours. This wine has an intense, deep ruby red color with a very fruity, rich, spicy and black pepper nose. The taste is also full of body, very intense and spicy, yet smooth and full of flavours.
