Preparation Guidelines For best results, open pack and separate the slices 10 minutes prior to eating to allow the salmon to reach room temperature. This will restore the smoked salmon to its full flavour.
Storage Guidelines
Keep refrigerated at 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. This product has been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions. Further freezing will not affect the quality. Freeze on day of purchase. Consume within 1 month of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in fridge before use. Eat within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
