Preparation Guidelines: For best results, open pack 10 minutes prior to eating to allow the salmon to reach room temperature. This will help restore the smoked salmon to its full flavour.
Storage Guidelines
Keep refrigerated between 0°C and 5°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for home freezing. This product has been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions. Further freezing will not affect the quality. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use and use within 24 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze.
