Brancott Estate Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €10.00
When you're on the flip side of the world you can't help but think a little differently. And lucky we did otherwise we might not have founded New Zealand's great wine region, Marlborough. This Sauvignon Blanc is as crisp as a frosty morning and with passionfruit and grapefruit notes, is a great match with seafood, grilled chicken, summer greens and good company.

Original blend sourced from dark skinned grapes give an intense red colour to the wine. Ageing in medium toast French oak, together with the natural essence of dark cocoa, delivers exquisite notes of caramel and nuts. Soft tannins on the palate and a lingering finish.

Nugan Estate Stomper's Cabernet Sauvignon (75 cl), €8.28
Our cabernet vineyard requires more work than the shiraz and it's become a favorite for the birds as the bunches ripen. Stomper has his hands full indeed. We work hard to stress the soils and slow down the ripening of the cab because it helps achieve the flavors we like so much. Daren Owers, our winemaker, reckons our cabernet is the best in the region and praises Stomper for the work he does in the vineyard. Our fruit is destemmed and pressed before going through a lengthy cold soaking. After fermentation, we macerate on the skins for about 10 days to extract soft tannins and deep, rich flavors. There's never any short cuts on the barrel program and this wine sees only French oak, of which 25% is new. Since there are several different parcels on the vineyard and they're kept separate throughout the entire process, putting the final blend together takes several days and is a major team effort. Were really proud of this and hope you like it. PS - this wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

Nugan Estate Bossy Boots' Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €8.00
Our sauvignon blanc vineyard is in a rugged cold mountainous area which is not easy to farm but we persevere as it's unique microclimate produces, cracking crisp zesty flavours we love. Daren Owers, our winemaker, reckons this wine is a real stunner and worth the hassle. Our vineyard manager is not so sure! After harvest, we whole bunch press the fruit and then ferment at slow cool temperatures to capture all those delicate natural aromas and flavours. After it settles, straight to the bottle. It's all about the fruit, fresh citrussy flavours in a glass. PS - this wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

You just can't beat a Prosecco. I'm bubbly, elegant and fruity, with sweet peach and apple flavours.
Nugan Estate Scruffy's Shiraz (75 cl), €8.28
Scruffy works hard to keep our Shiraz bunches tight and our berries small and yields very low at around 4 tons per acre, which annoys our accountant. Daren Owers, our winemaker, insists on bunch sorting at harvest to make sure we only use the very best clusters. Most of the fruit is destemmed and pressed while a small portion is whole berry fermented. All parcels are kept separate during the winemaking process in our state of the art winery. We use a lot of smaller tanks as a result which is difficult, but necessary for the production of a quality wine. Pump overs and extended maceration times give us color and richness. We work with the best coopers and use a combination of French and American oak to mature this wine - 25% of which is new. Bench blending takes forever - there are so many variables and we return the final cuvee to tank for several months to come together before bottling. It's a lot of work and we really hope you enjoy the result. PS - This wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

We take our name from Brancott Vineyard, the heart of the Marlborough wine growing region, but source fruit from up and down the East Coast, where this little beauty is from. You will not go amiss with flavours that complement the distinct varietal character in this Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc - a style that has a real sense of place. Think seafood and fresh harvested salads loaded with herbs. Try scallops sautéed in garlic butter with a slash of lemon, accompanied by a rocket and herb salad topped with fresh goat’s cheese. Crafted to be enjoyed at the peak of its vibrancy and freshness, we recommend drinking this wine within 2 - 3 years of vintage date.
