


Banana Oat Bake
Serve this banana oat bake with yoghurt, nut butter and mixed fruit for a delicious, guilt free breakfast.

Banana Oat Bake

Ingredients
1 Banana chopped
1 tbsp Butter melted, or melted coconut oil
3 tbsp Fresh blueberries (optional)
2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 tbsp Honey
200g Jumbo oats
400ml Milk or almond milk
1 Pinch salt
3 tbsp Flaked almonds
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 bunch Mixed berries
2 tbsp Natural yogurt
2 tbsp Peanut butter or any nut butter

 - 3 tbsp Fresh blueberries (optional)
 - 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
 - 1 tbsp Honey
 - 200g Jumbo oats
 - 400ml Milk or almond milk
 - 1 Pinch salt
 - 3 tbsp SuperValu goodness flaked almonds
 - 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 
To Serve
- 1 bunch Mixed Berries
 - 2 tbsp Natural Yogurt
 - 2 tbsp Peanut Butter or any nut butter
 
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/gas mark 6.
 - Place the oats, milk, butter/coconut oil, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
 - Transfer to a glass baking dish and sprinkle the cinnamon on top, then scatter over the chopped banana.
 - Finish with the flaked almonds and blueberries, if using.
 - Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until nicely browned.
 - Top with mixed berries, nut butter, or natural yogurt before serving.
