19 Crimes Sauvignon Block (75 cl), €12.00

Each Declared by his Majesty to be punishable on Conviction by Transportation. A liquid ode to our past, 19 Crimes is inspired by those who, beginning in 1788, were transported to Australia for a life of hard labour. Many did not survive the journey. For the sea-beaten people who made it ashore, a new world awaited. As pioneers in a harsh frontier colony, they forged fresh pathways and built new lives from their chequered pasts, brick by brick. This wine honours the history they wrote and the culture they built.

Nugan Estate Bossy Boots' Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €8.00

Our sauvignon blanc vineyard is in a rugged cold mountainous area which is not easy to farm but we persevere as it's unique microclimate produces, cracking crisp zesty flavours we love. Daren Owers, our winemaker, reckons this wine is a real stunner and worth the hassle. Our vineyard manager is not so sure! After harvest, we whole bunch press the fruit and then ferment at slow cool temperatures to capture all those delicate natural aromas and flavours. After it settles, straight to the bottle. It's all about the fruit, fresh citrussy flavours in a glass. PS - this wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

Wally's Hut Semillon Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €7.99

Wally's Hut was built on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River in the 1860's to shelter a lone boundary rider who rode the fenceline of this once vast grazing property. Today, the lone rider is long gone and the landscape has been transformed by vines but Wally's Hut stands as his legacy. A fresh and vibrant Australian semillon sauvignon blanc with tropical fruit aromas. Crisp and zesty fruit driven palate of lemon and lime with a touch of passionfruit and a crisp, dry finish.

Appealing Australian cabernet sauvignon with sweet berry fruit aromas layered with chocolate and all spice. Generous, smooth palate of blackcurrant and plum complimented by well integrated oak and soft lingering tannins.

This great Australian Chardonnay is a refreshing, fruit driven style to suit all cuisines. It has appealing flavours of melon, peach and tropical fruit with a crisp, dry finish.

Nugan Estate King Valley Chardonnay (75 cl), €12.00

This Chardonnay is sourced from our Frasca's Lane Vineyard in Victoria's cool climate King Valley. After picking, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in new and seasoned French oak barrels - where the wine remains for a further 14 months before bottling. The result is a long, complex wine displaying elegant peach, nut and biscuity notes perfectly balanced with crisp acidity.

Third Generation Chardonnay (75 cl), €7.00

Low yielding vineyards have produced the fruit for this wine, that has been handled carefully to ensure we achieve great freshness and flavours. Our Chardonnay is pale straw in appearance. White stone fruit entwined with grapefruit and ginger spice, leads to a palate with superfine acidity and superb balance. Enjoy with a wide range of dishes including poultry, seafood and vegetarian dishes.
