Our agave is taken to our brand exclusive distillery located in San Francisco de Asis, Jalisco, almost 2,000 metres above sea-level, perfectly located for the natural water springs with the right minerality to produce great tequila. The agave pinas are cooked for 26 hours, to produce a softer flavour profile, then crushed by roller mill to extract the maximum juice from each agave, before being fermented, double distilled and then rested in stainless steel for 3 months. This process is all overseen by our Master Distiller Yadira Hernandez Lozano, ensuring quality control every step of the way.
