Nugan Estate Alcira Cabernet Sauvignon (75 cl), €18.99

This rich and soft Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the classic Coonawarra region in South Australia. After fermentation, the wine was matured in new and one year old French oak for 16 months before bottling. As is typical of this signature variety, aromas of cassis, mint and eucalypt followed by a long and complex palate of ripe cassis, mint and rich chocolate with velvety tannins.

Nugan Estate Alfredo Dried Grape Shiraz (75 cl), €12.00

Our Dried Grape Shiraz is sourced from premium premium vineyards in the Riverina and McLaren Vale. Once harvested, a parcel of this Shiraz was dried on specialized racks to create flavour intensity and concentration. After fermentation, the wine matured in American and French oak for 18 months, resulting in a hand-crafted wine of quality. Attractive aromas of cherry and plum with dark chocolate, earth, and peppercorn notes, followed by a long and complex palate of black cherry and savoury nuances and smooth velvety tannins.

Nugan Estate Alfredo Second Pass Shiraz (75 cl), €14.99

This Second Pass Shiraz is sourced from our family's premium vineyards in Australia. After fermentation, the wine was pressed onto the pomace and yeast less of our premium "Alfredo" Dry Grape Shiraz adding to the wines' intensity. Thereafter, the wine was matured in French and American oak for 12 months resulting in a wine of concentration and quality. Attractive aromas of rhubarb and cherry with tobacco, dark chocolate and earth are followed by long and complex palate of ripe raspberries and blueberries with dark chocolate and velvety tannins.

Single Vineyard Zinfandel Mclaren Vale - 2020 This Single Vineyard Zinfandel has been sourced from the renowned red wine region of McLaren Vale, South Australia. It has been hand crafted as a robust red wine of intense concentration and depth. Rich aromas of glace cherry, red currant and bramble entice the nose followed by a rich and concentrated palate of liqueur plum, candied red fruits, all spice and pepper layered with persistent fine tannins and well integrated oak.

Rare Vineyards Malbec (75 cl), €14.00

There is something about the warm French sun that makes its wines so special. Sourced from the country's sunny rare vineyards, this Malbec is harvested in September, as soon as the summer is over, to preserve all the fruity aromas and offer a wonderful bouquet of violet and spices in a velvety and full-bodied wine.

Reservado Rioja Reserva 6 Pack (75 cl), €50.00

Wine of great personality with a very appealing and covered cherry red color. It is intense on the nose, excelling the ripe fruit, spices and cocoa aromas from its stay in oak barrel for 36 months. On the palate it is a structured wine, with vivid and well assembled tannins. Long aftertaste, highlighting his round and elegant finish. Great with red meat, game dishes, roasted lamb, vegetables, meats and cheeses.

Ricossa Barolo (75 cl), €20.00

The Barolo is produced with Nebbiolo grapes grown in the eleven municipalities of the DOCG. Its great structure is ennobled by a 3 year maturation of which at least 2 years in wooden barrels. A wine of red color with garnet hues, an ethereal, intense perfume and a dry, full, robust, austere but velvety and harmonious body. Aging potential / years: 7 - 15.

Sartori Amarone Di Valpolicella Docg (75 cl), €38.00

"In my opinion Amarone is the highest expression of Valpolicella and embraces both its tradition and territory. It is produced according to the ancient technique of drying the grapes and ages in oak barrels. This wine is of great elegance both in its aromas, which are intense and complex, and in its taste, structured and persistent. Ideal pairing with savory first courses, red meats and games. Excellent with aged cheese or as a meditation wine."

Willow Hill Shiraz Cabernet (75 cl), €8.59

The Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested from the best slopes in the vineyards. They then undergo temperature controlled fermentation to preserve the pure fruit character. The wine, once fermented spends some time in oak barrels to add complexity and character to the final wine. The result is a rich full bodied wine with aromas of blackberries, chocolate and spice. The palate is full and round with ripe soft tannins, autumnal fruit, cassis and spicy oak. This is a great all round wine, superb on it own and a great match for traditional roast, tomato based pasta dishes and steak. Enjoy!
