Preparation & Usage
Preparation - Take steak from fridge & remove all packaging 30 minutes before cooking. - Allow the steak to come to room temperature. - Pat steak with kitchen towel to dry before seasoning. - Brush a little oil onto the steak & season with sea salt and pepper. - Make sure pan is smoking hot before putting the steak on. Serving Plating: Before you plate up your steak, make sure it has rested on a clean board for at least 5 minutes. Carving: Carve straight across the steak to the thickness of your liking. Look for the fibres that run parallel through the steak and cut against these fibres. Serving: Pour any remaining juices from the pan onto the steak. Serve your steak on a pre-heated plate.
Storage Guidelines
Keep refrigerated at 0°C to 5°C. Do not open before use. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
