Hunters Peak Chardonnay (75 cl), €15.99

Our Hunter's Peak Reserve Chardonnay is made from grapes grown in the Coastal region of South Africa. The rich clay soil and granite outcrops on the slopes, a long ripening season and a cooling Atlantic breeze, adds a wonderful complexity to the wine. Balanced ripe flavours of papaya and fig with hints of apple. Enjoy on its own or with fish, chicken or creamy pasta dishes. Serve at 7-12°c. Bon Appétit!

The Bend In The River Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €8.50

Deliciously crisp and fruity with aromas of tropical fruit and hints of ripe gooseberries. This wine is an excellent aperitif and a perfect match to spicy asian cuisine.

Along the Southern coast of Africa, two mighty oceans meet, the warm Indian Ocean & the cold Atlantic Ocean. This is where the cool sea breezes and the warm African soil harmoniously come together, slowing the ripening of the grapes to deliver a range of crisp and fresh wines with a distinctive flavour. Style: Fresh, crisp, well balanced with elegant tropical flavours and a hint of freshly cut grass.

Neil Joubert Estate Chardonnay (75 cl), €10.00

Tasting Notes: This wine is citrus-forward with undertones of biscotti and nuts. On the palate the acidity is surprisingly racy, but a subtle sweetness prevents it from being overpowering. The flavors are primarily fruity with hints of sweet oak flavors. A layered wine with a crisp finish. 15% Matured in New French Oak barrels for 6 months.

Neil Joubert Estate Wine Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €10.00

Winemaking The grapes were harvested in three tiers, each at different sugar levels to add complexity to the final blend. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks, with no oak contact. Cold- stabilized, fined and filtered prior to bottling. Tasting Notes Bursting with exotic aromas of white peach, passion fruit, yellow citrus, orange blossoms and green pepper. The palate shows lovely fruit concentration, with a delicate texture and a lifting acidity. Pure, focused, elegant and fresh, with lingering notes of guava and citrus fruits on the lengthy, dry finish.
