After a total de-stemming, the long maceration during the vinification is performed under careful temperature control to bring out the best parts of the tannins potential. The wine has been aged in new French casks for 12 months long in the underground cellars of the Château. Winemakers comments: Deep colour, aromas of blackberries and hints of spice. The ageing has given elegance to its rich and tannic structure.
