  • 35ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
  • 5ml Dry Vermouth
  • Ice
  • Lemon peel, for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add 35ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka and 5ml dry vermouth.
  3. Shake for 10 seconds to chill and blend.
  4. Strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
