2 Shots Espresso
1 tsp Brown Sugar
Ice
Pinch of Cinnamon to garnish

  • 30ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 2 shots Espresso (brewed)
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • Ice
  • Pinch of Cinnamon, for garnish

Method

  1. Add brewed espresso and brown sugar to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until chilled and frothy.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the shaken espresso.
  4. Top with 30ml Baileys Original Irish Cream.
  5. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon and serve immediately.
