225 years of experience goes into every bottle of Jim Beam Bourbon. An aging process of four years in new charred oak barrels gives Jim Beam its elegant, refined and smooth character. With a slightly spicy, oaky vanilla aroma, this medium-bodied bourbon brings mellow hints of caramel, vanilla, grain and oak flavor with a lightly sweet, toasted oak finish. Sip it neat, on the rocks, or mix it up with soda or ginger ale for a refreshing Jim Beam Highball. Jim Beam's extra aging creates an elegant, smooth and refined whiskey that pleases with every sip. This way of distilling is a family tradition that continues to this day after seven generations of master distillers. As the First Family of Bourbon, we were there when it all began. Using the finest Kentucky and Indiana corn, selected rye and superior malted barley. For over 200 years the Buffalo Trace Distillery has been defined by a dedication to one craft: making fine Bourbon American Whiskey. Buffalo Trace liquid is gently aged in new American oak barrels to create a perfectly balanced flavour of sweet, oak and spice, leaving a long, smooth finish. Aroma: A complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Colour: A deep amber Whiskey. Taste: Sweet to the taste, with notes of brown sugar & spice that give way to oak, toffee, dark fruit & anise. Finish: Finishing long & smooth with serious depth. Buffalo Trace is best enjoyed neat or in an Old Fashioned. Old Fashioned 50ml Buffalo Trace, 5ml Volare sugar syrup/ or a sugar cube, 3 dashes Regan's Bitters. Add the sugar and bitters into a small tumbler/rocks glass and mix with a spoon until combined. Fill the glass with large ice cubes and stir in the Buffalo Trace. If you have an orange at home, garnish with a small piece of orange.

Bulleit Bourbon is inspired by the whiskey pioneered by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. Only ingredients of the very highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth. It is medium amber in colour, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Followed by a long, dry, and satiny finish with a light toffee flavour. Bulleit Bourbon is delicious in cocktails, the spicy taste makes the perfect Old Fashioned, Kentucky Mule & Mint Julip. It is also a favourite in hot serves such as a Hot Toddy or Hot Chocolate.
