Il Capolavoro is created with Italian love, carefully selected to be enjoyed with food and friends. Appassimento wines are created by doing a natural partial dehydration of the grapes, in order to produce a greater concentration of colours, aromas and flavours. This wine has an intense, deep ruby red color with a very fruity, rich, spicy and black pepper nose. The taste is also full of body, very intense and spicy, yet smooth and full of flavours.

The name Trivento comes from three winds; Polar, Zonda and Sudestada. It is these winds that make Mendoza such a distinctive and successful wine growing region. The wine, once fermented spends some time in oak barrels to add complexity and character to the final wine. The result is a rich full bodied wine with aromas of blackberries, chocolate and spice. The palate is full and round with ripe soft tannins, autumnal fruit, cassis and spicy oak.
