Enjoy with a wide range of dishes including seafood, poultry, white meat and pasta.

Nugan Estate Bossy Boots' Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €12.99

Our sauvignon blanc vineyard is in a rugged cold mountainous area which is not easy to farm but we persevere as it's unique microclimate produces, cracking crisp zesty flavours we love. Daren Owers, our winemaker, reckons this wine is a real stunner and worth the hassle. Our vineyard manager is not so sure! After harvest, we whole bunch press the fruit and then ferment at slow cool temperatures to capture all those delicate natural aromas and flavours. After it settles, straight to the bottle. It's all about the fruit, fresh citrussy flavours in a glass. PS - this wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

A liquid ode to our past, 19 Crimes is inspired by those who, beginning in 1788, were transported to Australia for a life of hard labour. Many did not survive the journey. This wine honours the history they wrote and the culture they built.

They have during the last 20 years, consolidating the château's reputation for producing the appellation's foremost wines. Château Manon Des Brumes white goes perfectly with sea food, smoked salmon, grilled fish and cheeses. Wine makers comments: Brilliant colour, clean and fresh nose with hints of menthol leaves. Wally's Hut was built on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River in the 1860's to shelter a lone boundary rider who rode the fenceline of this once vast grazing property. Today, the lone rider is long gone and the landscape has been transformed by vines but Wally's Hut stands as his legacy.
