The Cono Sur vineyards workers travel around our estate by bicycle, tending the vines using naturals methods, in order to produce the best quality grapes. Our Bicicleta wine is a tribute to them and symbolizes our sustainable philosophy and commitment to the environment. Winemaker's Notes: A bright, yellow green Chardonnay with expressive lime, pineapple and white flower aromas together with a fruity palate with light mineral notes.

Fleurie The most famous of all Beaujolais Villages. Made from the same Gamay grape as classic Beujolais but Fleurie is a heavier more powerful red. The same red berry fruits are evident, but now with some added complexity of darker fruits, pepper and Christmas spices make for a lovely, easy drinking but powerful red wine. Great with hard and soft cheeses and classic roasts, be it red or white meat.

We drew our inspiration from the generations who came before us and from them gained our deep understanding of the Central Loire Grape varieties. With love and rigour, we set out to conquer France's best Sauvignons and Pinot Noir in order to make wines with perfect balance. Through the meticulous selection of grapes, combined with our winemakers experience, we are able to create one of Saget La Perrière's Banner Wines, La Petite Perrière.

Wally's Hut Semillon Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €7.00

Wally's Hut was built on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River in the 1860's to shelter a lone boundary rider who rode the fenceline of this once vast grazing property. Today, the lone rider is long gone and the landscape has been transformed by vines but Wally's Hut stands as his legacy. A fresh and vibrant Australian semillon sauvignon blanc with tropical fruit aromas. Crisp and zesty fruit driven palate of lemon and lime with a touch of passionfruit and a crisp, dry finish.

Chateau Chevalier De Larquey Bordeaux Superieur (75 cl), €9.99

Prince Larquey was the Black Prince's riding companion during the Hundred Years' War and was rewarded with this castle. The property has 25 hectares of vineyard on clay-limestone soil. This red wine reveals notes of juicy black fruits, a supple palate, a subtly woody finish.

Cotes Du Rhone Andre Goichot (75 cl), €8.00

Location and terroir Over 200 km, between Vienne and Avignon, the Rhone Valley has the largest regional appellation after Bordeaux, it is also one of the oldest controlled designations of origin. It extends over 163 municipalities divided between six departments (Rhône, Loire, Drôme, Ardèche, Gard and Vaucluse). Our Côtes du Rhône is made with Young vines (less than 20 years old) located in the Vacqueyras appellation area from Stony soil composed of blue marls. Vinification/Aging The grapes are destemmed and vinified in stainless-steel vats for about 10 month revealing all the freshness and subtlety of his aromas. Grapes are: 55% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre and 35% Syrah. Tasting The robe is clear, ruby, and bright with darker colour reflect due to the Syrah. On the nose reminiscent of small red fruits, with animal or spicy notes or aromas of ripe fruit. It has well-structured but supple tannins. One of our favourite wines at the House of Goichot. Soft, easy drinking red in the classic style wich to us is red and blackberry fruit with a dusting of spice and chocolate notes. Perfect to drink on its own due to the soft warm style but a lovely match for anything from home made burgers to cold meat platters and classic roasts.
