Ingredients
Caldease® Madicated Ointment contains Zinc Oxide 15% w/w as the active ingredient, The ointment also contains Talc, Cod Liver Oil, Methyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E218), Propyl Parahydroxybenzoate (E216), Soft White Paraffin, Lanolin Oil and Fragrance IntraromeSafety Warning
Contains lanolin, which may cause local skin reactions (e.g., contact dermatitis). Contains parahydroxybenzoate, which may cause allergic reactions (possibly delayed). Caldease is not to be used to treat fungal infections, or on large surface wounds and major burns. Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to the active ingredient (zinc oxide) or the excipients. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY KEEP ALL MEDICINES OUT OF THE REACH AND SIGHT OF CHILDREN.
Preparation & Usage
Directions: To help prevent Nappy Rash, cleanse and dry the affected area, apply a smooth even coating of ointment at each nappy change. If there is no improvement, or there is aggravation of the condition, consult a doctor. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any undesirable effects using this product.
Storage Guidelines
Do not use after the expiry date printed on the tube and carton. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month. Do not store above 25°C.
