It is naturally smoked over bourbon whiskey chips and gently infused with bourbon whiskey to give a smooth finish and perfect balance of smoke and flavour. Our smoked salmon comes from Ireland's oldest seafood company Dunn's of Dublin. A family business established in 1822, currently run by the Ecock family. Dunn's use only the finest ingredients to produce our signature tastes whiskey infused royal smoked salmon fillet. Preparation & Usage
Preparation Guidelines For best results, open pack 10 minutes prior to eating to allow the salmon to reach room temperature. This will help restore the smoked salmon to its full flavour. The royal fillet is best served thinly sliced, similar to sashimi or alternatively it can be cut into thick 1cm pieces. Enjoy the fillet as it is, straight from the pack or pair with blinis and a touch of sour cream for an elegant starter or canapé, or simply combine it with a fresh side salad.
Storage Guidelines
Keep refrigerated between 0 - 5°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for home freezing. This product may have been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions. If the product has been defrosted, it will be stated in the overprint box. Further freezing will not affect the quality. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Use within 24 hours of thawing. Do not refreeze.
