The Fig Tree Restaurant was first opened in September 2011 by noted Chef Thomas Clarke. Within a short few months its popularity soared and the restaurant flourished into the thriving business it is today. It was here our 'Honey & Cayenne' dressing was born and developed and, as a consequence of our customers asking to buy it, we decided to bottle and sell it as part of our full range of unusually delicious dressings. This 'Honey & Cayenne' dressing is gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. It is also wonderful when used as a marinade for chicken and fish. We just know you'll enjoy it!
