Macroom Buffalo has Ireland's first and largest herd of free roaming, grass fed, Water Buffalo on the muddy green fields of Clonclud, just outside Macroom in West Cork. Each day we take fresh Water Buffalo milk and produce fresh cheese right here on our family farm. We produce a variety of cheeses including Mozzarella, Ricotta, Greek Style Cheese, and Halloumi. All Irish, vegetarian and 100% natural cheese, totally free from any artificial additives, colouring or preservatives. Deliciously mild smooth perfection straight from our farm to your fork! Enjoy!
