Laura Sinnott selecting fruit at Gospa citrus farm, Seville. The Sinnott family has been making delicious jams, marmalades and savoury preserves in beautiful County Wexford, Ireland since 1988. Our marmalades are made in small batches using top- quality fruit, mostly from family farms in Spain and Italy. We cut fruit and remove the pips by hand - the pips are used to help the marmalade set - then soak it overnight to soften. Next, the oranges are gently cooked in open pots and carefully tasted and tested to make sure each batch is perfect for you. We're getting greener for goodFeatures
