Our Ballyhook Flyer blend is made from 100% Irish apples. It is dry and elegant and possesses both fruit and savoury flavours which are prolonged on the palate by its natural freshness. We recommend drinking it with pork or poultry dishes, fine cheeses or of course just simply on its own.
