Preparation & Usage

Instructions 1. Defrost overnight in your fridge or thaw at room temperature for about 90 minutes Do not allow the pastry to become too warm or it will be difficult to work with 2. Lightly flour the work surface and pastry before rolling out to your required thickness. As a guide a thickness of approx. 3mm is ideal for most uses 3. Allow to stand for a few minutes to reduce shrinkage 4. The two blocks of pastry can be used separately or rolled together to make one large shell 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 220C (200C fan oven) Gas 7, or at the temperature in your recipe Serves One 400g pack will make a 23cm / 9 inch tart such as an Apple Tart or 8 individual tartlets

Storage Guidelines

Keep frozen at -18C. Once defrosted use within 24 hours Do not refreeze once defrosted
