Active Ingredients (w/w): Phenol 1.2%, Chlorhexidine Digluconate Solution equivalent to Chlorhexidine Digluconate 0.25%, Also contains: Cetostearyl Alcohol, Colours (Ponceau 4R (E124), Sunset Yellow (E110)), Dimeticone, Light Liquid Paraffin, Methyl Salicylate, Polyoxyethylene Stearyl Ethers and WaterSafety Warning
Consult your doctor: If cream is accidentally swallowed, you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if symptoms persist beyond three days. Prolonged use except under medical supervision may be harmful. Will Bepantiseptic suit you? Most people find it causes them no problems, however, rarely irritancy, skin rashes or other skin reactions may occur. If you are concerned about these or any other effects, stop using the cream and talk to your doctor. As with all medicines some people may be allergic to the cream. If you experience signs of an allergic reaction, such as swelling of the lips or face, difficulty breathing and dizziness, stop using this product and seek immediate medical attention. Reporting of side effects: If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse. This includes any possible side effects not listed on this label. You can also report side effects directly to the HPRA, www.hpra.ie. By reporting side effects you can help provide information on the safety of this medicine. Do not use: If you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed on this pack. Cetostearyl alcohol may cause local skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis). For external use only. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use product after the expiry date shown on side of pack.
Preparation & Usage
How to use: Before initial use check that the tube seal is intact, then remove by peeling back the tag. Clean the affected area, apply cream and rub in gently. In the case of cuts or particularly tender areas, rubbing may be avoided by applying on a piece of white lint or gauze.
Storage Guidelines
Replace cap firmly after use. Do not store above 25°C. Do not use product after the expiry date shown on side of pack.
