2 Signature Taste Free Range Corn Fed Eggs
Signature Tastes Maple Syrup To Taste
100 g Signature Tastes Irish Pork Maple Flavour Smoked Streaky Rashers
225 g Plain Flour
30 g Butter (melted)
300 ml Milk
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 pinch Salt
Directions
  1. Make a well in a bowl with the sifted flour, add baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. Beat in the eggs.
  3. Add melted butter and gently pour in milk.
  4. Whisk until a smooth batter forms.
  5. Heat a small frying pan with a small knob of butter.
  6. Add a small ladle of batter.
  7. Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat, then flip to the other side for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Cook bacon until crisp under the grill.
  9. Pile up the pancakes, place crispy pancetta/bacon on top, and drizzle with maple syrup.
  10. Serve.
