Andre Goichot Saint Bris Maison (75 cl), €18.00

In northern Burgundy, near Auxerre, there is a vineyard of around 100 ha planted with Sauvignon grapes. Château Manon Des Brumes Estate is located in Blaye district. part o the famous ''Cotes of Bordeaux'' AOC appellation. Owned by the family Bantegnies for the last 2 centuries, this beautiful Estate is producing traditional Bordeaux red and white. They have during the last 20 years, consolidating the château's reputation for producing the appellation's foremost wines. Château Manon Des Brumes white goes perfectly with sea food, smoked salmon, grilled fish and cheeses. Wine makers comments: Brilliant colour, clean and fresh nose with hints of menthol leaves. On the palate, fruity fresh and ripe white tropical fruits with hint of white flowers. Good complexity with a long finish.

Nugan Estate Dreamer's Chardonnay (75 cl), €12.99

Daren Owers, our winemakers, does not enjoy big buttery, oaky chards so we pick our fruit at night to preserve the crisp and bright aromatics and flavors which are present when the fruit is cooler. After the destemming process, we press and ferment the fruit in stainless steel tanks. After the initial alcoholic fermentation we leave the yeast in contact with the juice for 6-8 weeks, stirring every day to build the middle palate texture of the wine. The oak treatment is minimal with this wine and it's all two and three year old barrels, so you can be sure it's crisp and fresh. The critics and our customers have responded well to this approach and we intend to keep it that way. Our mates reckon it's a real summer 'porch punder'! PS - This wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

Wally's Hut was built on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River in the 1860's to shelter a lone boundary rider who rode the fenceline of this once vast grazing property. Today, the lone rider is long gone and the landscape has been transformed by vines but Wally's Hut stands as his legacy. A fresh and vibrant Australian semillon sauvignon blanc with tropical fruit aromas. Crisp and zesty fruit driven palate of lemon and lime with a touch of passionfruit and a crisp, dry finish.

The grapes for this Squealing Pig Sauvignon Blanc were sourced a long way frem anywhere from Awatere Valley, Marlborough. The wine was cool fermented and left on lees to develop an aromatic texture. Bursting with flavour, this wine is mouth wateringly good perfectly crisp and refreshing with tropical fruit flavours of passionfruit, pineapple and citrus.

The Cono Sur vineyards workers travel around our estate by bicycle, tending the vines using naturals methods, in order to produce the best quality grapes. Our Bicicleta wine is a tribute to them and symbolizes our sustainable philosophy and commitment to the environment. Winemaker's Notes: A bright, yellow green Chardonnay with expressive lime, pineapple and white flower aromas together with a fruity palate with light mineral notes.

Nugan Estate Bossy Boots' Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €12.99

Our sauvignon blanc vineyard is in a rugged cold mountainous area which is not easy to farm but we persevere as it's unique microclimate produces, cracking crisp zesty flavours we love. Daren Owers, our winemaker, reckons this wine is a real stunner and worth the hassle. Our vineyard manager is not so sure! After harvest, we whole bunch press the fruit and then ferment at slow cool temperatures to capture all those delicate natural aromas and flavours. After it settles, straight to the bottle. It's all about the fruit, fresh citrussy flavours in a glass. PS - this wine was sustainably farmed and produced in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.
