Winemaker's Notes: A crisp and intense Sauvignon Blanc with refreshing citrus aromas, white peaches, litchi and a palate of green apples balanced by a nice acidity.

Aresti Estate Selection Chardonnay (75 cl), €8.00

A Chardonnay straw in colour with green lights; it features aromas of sweet fruits such as pears, melon and cucumber, that after a while are also felt in mouth. It's a medium-bodied wine with a wonderfully long finish. Best served as an aperitif or with salad, pasta, seafood or chicken dishes. Ideal temperature: 9 - 13°C

Insigne is our line created to highlight Chile's most valuable assets: the beauty of its valleys and the richness of its fruits. Aresti Trisquel Sauvignon Blanc (75 cl), €10.00

This wine is characteristic of its variety because of its intense aromas of asparagus, peas combined with herbal undertones. The palate is fresh and firm with a crisp acidity, leading to a lingering aftertaste. This is a perfectly balanced wine.
