What started out as an experiment, resting Legacy Dry Cider in bourbon barrels from a local distillery for a few months, has resulted in a beautifully rounded flavour. Layers of vanilla, tobacco, and soft smoked notes are subtly blended into a rich full-bodied cider. Nothing added; just the wood, the whiskey and the cider. This has been a beautiful surprise to me - I hope you like it as much as I do!
