2 scallions diced
Signature Tastes Sunstream Plum Tomato
1 sweet pepper diced
100g mayonnaise
97ml sour cream
100g buttermilk
½ tsp dried dill
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt
Black pepper
1tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
30g freshly grated Parmesan

For the Ranch Dressing:
- 100g mayonnaise
- 97ml sour cream
- 100g buttermilk
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
To Garnish:
- 30g freshly grated Parmesan
Method
- Make the dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients together in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Assemble the salad: Toss the lettuce with a little of the dressing and plate up.
- Add scallions, pepper, and tomatoes on top.
- Finish with a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan.
