Preparation & Usage
For the Perfect Porridge Contains 16 servings. 1 Measure 2 level scoops (30g) of Flahavan's Super Oats into a microwaveable bowl 3 inches/75mm high. 2 Add 4 scoops (170ml) of cold water/milk to the bowl and stir well. 3 Microwave on full power for 2 minutes (800w oven). Stir, serve and enjoy! Smaller Serving: For a smaller serving, use 1 scoop of oats (15g) with 2 scoops of milk/water and microwave on high for 90 seconds. Super Oats Porridge can also be cooked quickly on the hob. Cooking times may vary according to microwave wattage. As with any hot product, please be careful. Wash and dry scoop after use.
