The C&C G&T (Clementine & Cinnamon Gin & Tonic)

Half fill the glass with ice  
Rim the top of the glass with cinnamon caster sugar   
2 wedges Clementine 
¼ cinnamon bark 
220mls fever-tree tonic   
60mls Irish or 60mls Alcohol free Gin

- Gin goblet
 
For the Drink:
- Ice (enough to half-fill the glass)
 - Cinnamon caster sugar (for rimming the glass)
 - 2 wedges of clementine
 - ¼ cinnamon bark
 - 60ml Irish gin or 60ml alcohol-free gin
 - 220ml Fever-Tree tonic water
 
Method
To Prepare the C&C G&T:
- Half-fill the gin goblet with ice.
 - Rim the top edge of the glass with cinnamon caster sugar.
 - Add 2 wedges of clementine to the glass.
 - Drop in ¼ cinnamon bark.
 - Pour in 60ml of Irish gin (or alcohol-free gin).
 - Top up with 220ml Fever-Tree tonic water.
 - Stir gently and serve immediately.
