Store raw meat separate from other foods. Wash all work surfaces, utensils and hands after preparing raw meat. Keep hot foods hot. It is safer to defrost meat in a refrigerator rather than at room temperature. Cook thoroughly prior to consumption. Warning: Although every effort has been made to remove bones, some small bones may still remain.

Opening instructions Remove all packaging. Ensure to remove soak pad which may be attached to the underside of the meat.

Storage Guidelines

Keep refrigerated at 0-5°C. Do not open until ready to use. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
