Preparation & Usage
Recommended Cooking Times: Beef 180°C/350°F Rare: 25 mins per 500g (1lb-2oz) + 15 mins, Medium: 30 mins per 500g (1lb-2oz) + 20 mins, Well done: 35 mins per 500g (1lb-2oz) + 25 mins Chicken 180°C/350°F 25 mins per 500g (1lb-2oz) + 25 mins Pork 180°C/350°F 35 mins per 500g (1lb-2oz) + 35 mins Lamb 180°C/350°F 30 mins per 500g (1lb-2oz) + 30mins Whole Fish 160°C/325°F 500g/1lb 2oz 35 mins How to Use Magic Oven Bags 1 Preheat oven. Do not preheat oven tray. 2 Shake one teaspoon of flour to coat inside of bag. 3 Insert food and secure bag with nylon tie. 4 Cut off excess bag. Do not allow bag to touch oven walls. 5 Use scissors to make several slits in top of bag before placing oven. 6 After cooking, cut open bag to remove food. keep juices to make gravy.
